  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order values (details on the checkout page).

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues.

  • Jahaazi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you purchase from Jahaazi. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customized, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@jahaazi.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), we will ship the replacement once the returned product is received and inspected.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jahaazi.com with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
