Refund Policy – Jahaazi

At Jahaazi, we want you to have complete confidence when shopping with us. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In the original packaging, with tags/labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective or damaged).

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@jahaazi.com with your order details and reason for refund.

  2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at support@jahaazi.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
