In the original packaging, with tags/labels intact.

Non-Refundable Items

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective or damaged).
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at support@jahaazi.com.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
